Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊經營學系(所) === 99 === The cloud computing services are popularized in recent years because the enterprises using such services need not invest much capital to purchase software and hardware infrastructure and information technology personnel. Most of the researches about cloud computing service focus on applications or adoption behavior instead of exploring user’s continuance intention toward using cloud computing services. Thus, this thesis research integrates the task-technology fit model and post-acceptance model to explore users’ continuance intention toward using cloud computing services. This research takes the users of cloud computing services as the research object to explore the relationship between task-technology fit index and continuance intention via perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation and satisfaction. The findings are as follows: 1. “Perceived usefulness” and “satisfaction” have significant influence on “continuance intention.” 2. “Task-technology fit” has significant influence on “expectation confirmation.”
