How to insert images with high quality, has become a major problem. In the interpolated image, have to avoid the point serrated edge and outlier to destroy image quality. And this paper proposed an improved scheme. Using a gradually elimination method to improve the image quality. The gradually elimination method can elimination some part of the block which has low Correlation. After we using the gradually elimination method, it can obviously improve the image quality. Also we use the replace image method and limited searching range. It’s good for Eliminating serrated edge and outlier.
