But facing these huge amounts of information, maybe someday there will have an intelligent system that can provide timely services and information needed for users, rather than users have to find the information or services in need. To solve the above problems, this paper presents an intelligent inference platform with intent detection. The system can automatically provide information and suggest adequate services to improve work efficiency and to support better decision making. A case study on the lives of college students as an example is introduced.
