First, this study is to investigate the materials and products of the miniature tact switch, also the success cases of the newly design of the automation equipment. Before the development and research of the circular automation equipment, we use a simple machine to combine the miniature tact switch by manual, and then to measure the pressure of the switch by a fixture. After evaluating the economic benefits, to invest resource to development and research the circular automation equipment. We integrated with the design process, manufacturing, assembly and improvement, until design accomplishment, and also increasing the yield-rate, decreasing the cost and human-resource.The major purpose of this thesis is to record and inherit the design experience and critical data for the following RD team reference.
