Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 99 === The concept make of the multi-layer SPR fiber sensor for modulating the absorption in wavelength. Both the SPR fiber sensors, with a dielectric thin film (TiO2 or ITO films) coated on the gold film and the traditional single-layer gold film SPR fiber, through the splicing operation exhibit double-resonance calleys in the SPR resonance measurement. Both the original in the 600-700 nm absorption band of surface plasmon resonance sensor with the gold film deposition only and TiO2 or ITO film deposited on the gold film surface in 1000 nm-1100 nm, 1100 nm-1300 nm, 1300nm-1500 nm, and 1500 nm-1600 nm absorption band surface plamon resonance sensor, have been carried out for the comparison of the potassium sorbate solutions with different concentrations. The traditional gold-deposited SPR sensor and the new gold/dielectric deposited multi-layer sensor were implemented for investigatory surface resonances in the different wavelength ranges of 600 nm to 700 nm, and 1000nm to 1600 nm respectively.
