Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動教育研究所 === 99 === Background/Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the teaching efficacy by testing the causal model of teaching motivation and happiness in physical education with the innovative teaching physical education as the mediator. Method: Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling. 285 secondary physical education teachers were stratified sampling in Taipei City, with 170 males and 115 females. The Scales of PE teaching efficacy, innovative teaching in physical education, teaching motivation in physical education, and the Happiness in physical education were used in this study. Analysis/Results: Results indicated that the innovative teaching physical education was the single and dominant mediator of the casual model. Teaching motivation and happiness in physical education affected the teaching efficacy by means of innovative teaching and the transference existed in teaching efficacy. Conclusions: based on the conclusions, some suggestions for physical
education teachers and further study were provided.
