Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動技術研究所 === 99 === Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction and perception for coach leadership behavior of volleyball players in college and enterprise leagues. Methods: Questionnaires were utilized for the purpose of the study. Participants were male and female team players of the first level open games and all team players from the Enterprise League who participated in the collegiate and enterprise tournaments in National Taiwan Normal University and Taipei Gymnasium in April, 2011. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlations with SPSS 18.0 statistic package software. Results: Sub-scales of “training and instructional behavior”, “democratic behavior”, “social behavior” and “positive feedback behavior” in coach’ leadership behavior were associated with “personal perspective”, “group perspective” and “coach leadership perspective” in athletes satisfaction (p<.01). Only the sub-scale of “autocratic behavior” in coach leadership behavior had low but still significant correlation (p<.01) with “personal perspective” in athletes satisfaction.
