碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩與旅運管理學系碩士班 === 99 === This study aims at investigating tourist’s motivation, satisfaction and loyalty of Suan-Tou sugarcane cultural park railway. Facilities and services of Suan-Tou sugarcane cultural park railway needed to be improved and factors related to tourist’s loyalty are also scrutinized in this study. This research employed convenience sampling to collect data by distributing questionnaires to the tourists of Suan-Tou sugarcane cultural park railway. 361 valid answered questionnaires were collected. Data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and importance -performance analysis (IPA).The result shows that there is a positive relationship between tourist’s motivation and pre-trip expectation. The respondent shows the highest satisfaction toward “narration”, and it also shows high loyalty. Safety is suggested to be improved.
