Referencing elements that compose my images and methods of traditional Chinese ink painting, I analyze the contexts of the images found in my works. In section 1, the purpose of this study is outlined. In section 2, an in-depth investigation of an image’s compositional elements is presented. Techniques for observing and understanding an object’s characteristics, and creating a corresponding image are used to explain the visual sensations experienced through observations of that object. At the end, the image’s composition fills the work with a sense of coherence. In section 3, I investigate constitution and changes techniques of traditional Chinese ink painting. This investigation covers a general analysis of image characteristics, typification and internalization of visual elements, arrangements of images, and composition techniques for creating images. Through this, image compositions within traditional Chinese ink painting are explained. In section 4, I begin with the evolution of primary images within works created during my research period to discuss their original thought concepts and structural methods, as well as changes to their themes and contexts. I also discuss the techniques I use for my works. The descriptions of works in section 5 detail the creative context for each painting. For the conclusion, I organize works created during and point out self-expectations for my future works. 李蕭錕 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 美術學系美術創作碩士班 === 99 === Abstract
This research mainly focuses on examining the transformation of thoughts during the constitution of an image.
