The Research on the Failure Issues about the Management Field on Academic Journals in Taiwan

碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 理財與稅務管理研究所 === 99 === This paper analyzes the domestic administration of 25 academic journals in 104 subject categories on the failure of science and the keynote, to understand the situation of issued papers in science journals published domestic management in Taiwan. Based on the subject of Journal and keyword to search articles and using the issue of paper is to discuss reasons and results of failure in line with the Institute of "failure" event, then analyze by risk management. Paper are classified and analysis according to seven categories. It’s classified into seven management categories, for example, financial management. On research issues, domestic issues for the failure of more emphasis on some issues, especially in the "financial crisis", "fraud", "left" and "service failure". On the number of issued, the "financial management" are he most, followed by "Human Resource Management", "Production and Operations Management" is a minimum; most of the papers to adopt quantitative research methods, the ratio of up to 94%. The failure of financial management issues for the study evenly distributed among the 17 journals, only a few (8) did not have the related research journals, and human resource management is distributed in 16 journals, a small number (9) not published in journals related issues, accounting and auditing journals distributed in seven papers which emphasis on accounting Review, marketing management distributed in six, risk management and medical management and production and operations management are located in a small number of journals. It can be seen, financial management and human resource management journals were more favored for the failure of science issues more seriously.
