Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 99 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of perceived coach leadership behaviors and organization commitment among the elementary schools’ basketball players. This study examined 365 basketball players from the elementary schools’ teams in the 2009 Academic year’s Education Basketball League and they were interviewed by a researcher –desingned questionnaire,”perceived coach leadership behaviors and organization commitment questionnaire”.
This collected data was analyzed and reviewed througth descriptive statistics,Independent-samples t-test,one-wayANOVA,Scheffes method ,
Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression. The results are as follows:
1.Among the aspects of the Perceived coach leadership behaviors, These basketball players of the elementary schools in Taipei City reported the highest on the facet of “training and guidance behavior” and “team recognition” on the facet of .organizational commitment.
2.Players of elementary schools’ basketball with various backgrounds whose awareness towards perceived coach leadership behaviors has major differences among “genders”, “trained-year players”, “games” , “training times per time”and “training times per week”.
3. Players of elementary schools’ basketball with various backgrounds whose Organizational commitment has major differences among “genders” , “grade”, “games” and “training times per week”.
4. “training and guidance behavior”, “democratic behavior”, “caring behavior”, and “rewarding behavior” and Organizational commitment made significant positive relation.
5. Among the aspects of the Perceived coach leadership behaviors, “training and guidance behavior” and “caring behavior”, can effectively predict organizational commitment.
