The coach’s leadership and sport confidence’s variates involve lifter’s background and performance. The study bases on questionnaire which object is 329 national weightlifters, and the tool I design calls”National Weightlifters perceive coach’s leadership”. SPSS 12.0, the statistical packaged software, was used for conducting analyses with statistical methodologies like descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA with repeated measures, one-way ANOVA with independent samples, LSD post hoc comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation, point-biserial correlation and logistic regression. The conclusions are as follows, (1) The number of men’s lifters are more then women’s, there are 144 male lifters and 118 female lifters; the age in junior high school is the biggest group, there are 107 lifters, and senior high school in secondary, there are 97 lifters, the least group is adult, there are only 58 lifters. According to the compose unit, the biggest group comes from school delegate, there are 124 lifters, county or city’s delegate is secondary, there 64 lifters, national team delegate come after, there are 55 lifters, the least one is national games delegate which are 19 lifters. Comparing the training times, the most of lifters are training more then six times a week, there are 134 lifter, the secondary is 102 lifters who are training 3 to 6 times a week, there are 26 lifters who are training only under 3 times. (2) According to five elements of perceiving coach’s leadership, national weightlifters take seriously consideration into training and direction, and authority. A skillful movement is the most important factor in sport confidence. (3) The difference between perceiving coach’s leadership and sport confidence exist into national weightlifters have distinct background. (4) National weightlifters perceive coach’s leadership, sport confidence and performance express positive correspondence.
