Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 數學資訊教育學系數學資訊教育教學碩士學位班 === 99 === The main purpose of this study is to understand the difference mathematics attitude between fifth graders of high-ability, mid-ability, low-ability and male-students, female-students by applying web-based learning by math-learning website - using the mathematics subnet of science education e-learning website. Moreover, the participants’ attitude and viewpoints about using the math-learning website to web-based learning in math classes are also investigated. The subjects of this study are 304 fifth graders from a primary school at New Taipei City. They are divided into three groups based on their first semester’s mathematics achievement . Before this study, the participants have to fill in the pre-test of “Mathematics Attitude Scale”. During the period of the experiment of web-based learning, the data from the first post-test of “Mathematics Attitude Test” are collected. After the experiment, the data from the second post-test of “Mathematics Attitude Test”, “Web-Based Learning Questionnaire” are collected. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Students not only feel the web-based learning interesting and novel, but also admit that it can promote their motivation. 2. After the first stage experiment of web-based learning, the mathematics attitude between students with different gender has not much difference. 3. After the first stage experiment of web-based learning, the mathematics attitude between high-, mid- and low-ability students has some difference. Especially, the attitude and motivation of low-ability students toward taking part in mathematic activities have a positive promotion. 4. Most students’ attitude and opinions to the web-based learning are optimistic and convinced. In the end, according to the research results and analyses, the study provided suggestions for Web-Based Learning and further researches.
