Attempting to use the spirit and method of case study us to understand the situation of Autism Children’s Social Skills in the Elementary School. There are three purposes in the research: To research the situation of Autism Child’s Social Skills in the Elementary School. Analysis after An Interactive piano music activities applied on social skills of a autism child’s change situation. According to the result suggest the Autism Children’s Social Skills in the Elementary School. The Social Skill Behaviors and Characterestics Scale for Elementary and Junior school(SSBCS)developed by Dr. Ying-ru Meng(2004)were administered to evaluate the case’s social skills before and after the An Interactive piano music activities. According to references and analyzing the data, researcher the following conclusions: A) According to the characteristic of the case , plans structured and time delay procedures in teaching on autism child. An Interactive piano music activities「Four Hands」、「Accompaniment」、「Musician」apply to autism child’s social skills is appropriately, through this activities also enhance his self-confidence . B) The SSBCS (the instructer) indicated that the autism child’s social behaviors improving. C) The questionnaires indicated that six instructors and parents had a positive recognition for the effects of an Interactive piano music activities.
