Hopefully it can help improve students’ commuting environments to the safest. The research collects and analyzes the data of the frequencies of road usage of Nangang Elementary School students when they go back and forth to school, the positions of surveillance cameras set by Taipei City Police Department, positions of the patrol boxes of Taipei City Police Department Nangang Branch and Jiuzhuang Branch, bus stops, and the guardian shops built by Nangang Elementary School. The data was imported to Google Earth and was analyzed to find out the controlling positions for every section. The clustering method was then used to figure out the proper guardian shops for students in order to create a safer environment and establish a safe net for their commuting.
