| Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 社會學習領域教學碩士學位班 === 99 === The purpose of this research is to conduct on investigation the relations between the motivation of in-service education teacher and his teaching effectiveness for one elementary school in New Taipei City.
This research adopts literature analysis and questionnaire survey to collect data. The sample was from teachers in an elementary school of New Taipei City .The valid sample consisted of 158 teachers , including 35 male and 123 female, so as to establish the theoretical basic of the research structure. Measurement tools to prepared to conduct questionnaire survey.
The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 for windows. The statistics methods used in the research included descriptive statistics. Chi-square ,T-test ,ANOVA , and so on.
