Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 99 === A Case Study on a Daycare Center in the MOE Guidance Project Abstract The purposes of this research were to explore the application, goal and course of the MOE guidance project, and to analyze the effect and the influence factors of this program, based on the viewpoints of the daycare center workers and the teachers of this case study. The main research method included the interview, reflective journals and counseling reports, and the conclusion and suggestions would be proposed in the end. The research findings were described as follows: 1. The application and goal of the guidance project: (1) The application and goal of the guidance project were decided by the boss and professor lake of teracher’s view. (2) Motives and goals are in line with the requirements of the MOE guidance project, but not necessarily meet the real problem of daycare center. (3) The counseling goal: Curriculum planning to enhance the ability to teach Paul. Enhance the viability of the class. Improve the learning environment design and planning. Complete the integration of educational planning. Promote co-operation between parents and teachers. Characteristics of the establishment of the kindergarten Course Features. 2. The process of guidance: (1) Top-down set counseling goals, and to train teachers in PDCA. (2) The major counseling method was the class instruction. (3) The lack of detection of problems and problem-solving and depth of reflection. 3. The effect and influence factors of the guidance project: (1) The effect of the guidance project:the view of daycare center I. Apply the PDCA system as the characteristic of the daycare center. II. Teachers from the use of ready-made curriculum started to design the curriculum by themselves. III.There were more explicit learning indicators and initiatives for children. IV.The parents gradually participated in children’s learning, and they grew with their children. (2) The influence factors of the guidance project I. There were some advantages and disadvantages in daycare center leading group. II. Teachers were very cooperative, but lacked the initiatives. i. Passive, but the motivation for counseling. ii. Be determined, but the impact counseling direction, strategy and results. III. Counseling strategies and relevance of the counselors. 4. The reflections of researcher (1) Guidance project must solve daycare center problems, jointing teachers’initiative and parents’relation. (2) Guidance project must have ideals and reflection of the teachers professional, professional capacity of design curriculum. (3) The MOE guidance project should be based on the fundamental developmental guidance, and finish significance of the implementation plan. At last, the study provided some suggestions for relevant institutions, persons and researches in the future. Key words:a daycare center, the MOE guidance project
