| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 產業經濟學系碩士班 === 99 === Since the export expansion was one of the important factors which promote industry growth of Taiwan, and the capital goods industry was also an important industry of Taiwan that led whole development of industry turning form agriculture to industry.
We adopt Feder (1982) theoretical model to measure industry growth,and add other export variables in the theoretical model to control the causes of capital goods industry growth, and the main findings of this research are as follows:
1.According to the economic growth trends,we can be divided into several stages, which causes different growth of economic.
2.The main reason of growth in capital goods industry and economic is investment and the efficiency of export.
3.In Taiwan''s economic growth, capital goods industry can not be ignored.
