After a factor analysis, we extracted the role of identity into two factors – “the role of identity” and “role of responsibility”; and authoritative character is extracted into three factors - “class order”, “draconian punishment” and “obedience to authority”; and extraction conflict behavior into three factors such as – “program conflicts”, “emotional conflicts”. We also extracted leadership satisfaction into – “relationship satisfaction” and “task satisfaction”. The research results showed as follows: 1.The recognition of the role of Master Chief has some impact on the conflict behavior; and the variable combination of “the role of approval and leadership satisfaction," also showed some of the interference effect in the relationship with conflict behavior. 2.Master Chief’s authoritative character is only part of the impact of conflict behavior. The satisfaction with the leadership of the authority does not interfere in the relationship between the authoritative characters towards the conflict behavior. 3.There is a significant difference result on variables of different population regarding Master Chief in the role of identity, organizational identity, conflict, satisfaction and leadership behavior.
