Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 光電與通訊產業研發碩士專班 === 99 === Latest Wi-Fi standard of 802.11n is not only a larger wireless network bandwidth, greater coverage and better reliability, 802.11g and 802.11a products to six times amount of data transmission.802.11n uses MIMO (Multiple Input / Multiple Output) as its core, can make use of multi-antenna and signals to the signal, channel extension of the compiled function, greatly enhancing the signal strength and stability. The maximum throughput could be 450Mbps or higher can improve the MAC frame brings performance and capacity, but also supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band communication and 20MHz/40MHz channel, also can downward compatible with 802.11a/b/g specifications. 802.11n applications, particularly in the future digital home environment will be replaced by a numbers of wired connections with wireless, the amount of data at this time than browsing many times. Performance upgrades through the wireless transmission, including file transfer, VoIP (Voice over IP) video communications, data backup and other high bandwidth data applications will be possible, or even wireless streaming HD (High Definition) HD video is no longer difficult. This thesis will investigate how the system through the wireless network WLAN MIMO (multiple input / multiple output) and beam forming technology to do two of this. 1. For different building materials and the thickness and transmission path of the impact on the system the main cause of and the solutions. 2. For 802.11n MIMO systems, compared with single-antenna system (SISO) network where coverage increased significantly to indoor transmission distance up to 30 meters. 3. Beamforming AP''s system capacity, due to its capacity of electric wave and ride is the best, especially in the short-distance superiority. 4. If the combination of Beamforming MIMO posed by the “Smart Antenna” general use of smart antenna, the antenna gain than the traditional 40% to 60% of the area to improve efficiency.
