Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 創新設計研究所 === 99 === Along with the fluctuation in economics and time, living quality in Taiwan was gradually enhanced. Hospital was asked providing not only with advanced medical technology, but also pleasant services and gracious environment. From 1990, Patient-Center was regarded as the core of medical care; hospital was no longer a place with medical authority, instead, services as a core concept. To solve the increasing patient of chemotherapy, Changhua Christian Hospital hopes that expanding the space of chemotherapy outpatient service. Not only providing complete consultation, but also design a pleasant spatial atmosphere to satisfied patient’s need. By analyzing the theories of hospital spatial atmosphere and cognition of patient to conclude the composition of hospital spatial atmosphere, on the other hand, observing and interviewing were used to realize the sphere of activities and psychology of chemotherapy patient. Finally, create a standard of spatial atmosphere design of chemotherapy space. Depend on the space conditions which were established by discussing with the employer, three projects were begun designing. Conclusion had been divided into three parts according to the space function: administration area with gentle, open and conspicuous; waiting and discussion area with full, quite and new; treatment area with privacy and warmth. Estimated spatial atmosphere outcomes of each design project by experts with experience of hospital design, and recommended suggestions for hospital spatial atmosphere design in the future.
