Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 99 === Past research suggest that affect is an important antecedent of some job behaviors. This study extends previous research by investigating the relationships between positive & negative affectivity and creativity, and using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) to examine the moderating high and low level variable. Result from 111 employees of 13 films showed that negative affectivity was significantly negatively related to employee creative behavior. In addition, when the creative requirement and leader emotional intelligence was low, the positive relationship between positive affectivity and employee creative behaviors became stronger; when leader emotional intelligence and trust in organization was high, the negative relationship between negative affectivity and employee creative behaviors became stronger.
