Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 99 === Graphene is a flat monolayer of carbon atoms tightly packed into a two-dimensional (2D) honeycomblattice.Graphene oxide is nonconductive and has to be reduced and deoxygenated to gain conductive graphene.However,during the reduction process,the graphene oxide can be easily aggregated into graphite again. The organic functionalization of GO is proved to be effective to prevent the aggregation during reduction.
In this study,silane-functionalized graphene in organic solvent was prepared by combining the Hummer process for graphene Oxide and reduction approach. The organophilic products were characterized by FT-IR,TGA ,UV-vis ,XRD, Raman, XPS and SEM.The effect of theraml conductivity of silane-functionalized graphene hybrid filler/silicon composite.
