The clay-polymer nanocomposite with clay contents ranging from 0 wt% to 7 wt% are synthesized in this research. The composite morphology is studied by TEM .The mechanical properties are also modeled by Halpin-Tsai equations, The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.
