Sulfur and selenium compounds are more and more important due to their antioxidant, anticancer, and antitumor properties. The copper-catalyzed cross-coupling for the synthesis of diaryl chalcogenide is the most important method in organic synthesis. Copper-catalyst is cheap, nontoxic and easy available, so we use it to replace the expensive metals such as palladium and indium. The reactant we used is sodium chalcogenide, and it can avoid the bad smell form thiophenol. In the past, the syntheses of C-S bond and C-Se bond often require harsh conditions. In our study, we wish to develop an inexpensive and low-cost catalytic system to construct symmetric diaryl chalcogenides. We use Cu2O as catalyst in ligand-free and base-free conditions. 蔡福裕 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
