Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 車輛工程系所 === 99 === The development of Continuously Variable Transmission system has been the mainly focused on the vehicles transmission system in recent years. Continuously Variable Transmission system can provide passengers more comfortable, reduce energy consumption and smoother transmission efficiency. Continuously Variable Transmission system is controlled by solenoid valve, two pairs of pulley and belt, thereby controlling the required gear ratio. The study of system is in line with the current trend of energy saving, without affecting the transmission itself, the premise of superior performance. The study converted a torque converter to build pressure inside and outside independent body axis, so that the speed of the oil pump is not as active force with the speed of impact, and to operate independently in the two cases, to pursue the minimum required value in system. In the present study, interaction of human machine interface was monitored through LabVIEW software installed at the platform. In addition, the analog information of the operation data and the output efficiency generated by the various components on the platform were acquired via a data acquisition system, NI-USB 6229. In order to the demand for power savings in the design system of the vehicle, through the study will be measured under different load to the power of speed, belt dr- ive primary and secondary hydraulic relationship between changes in the value, to verify oil pressure control efficiencies.
