It was observed that the reflection of Si substrate with ZnO nanostructures was suppressed effectively over broadband wavelengths. Moreover, the field emission and the photoconductivity of hybrid of nanostructured ZnO and graphene were investigated. The nanostructured ZnO and graphene hybrid shows promising potential for the next-generation optoelectronic nanomaterials.
