This study was supported by expert interviews and AHP Analytic Hierarchy Analysis and collection of finishing the questionnaire,data collection omebuyers demand survey questionnaire results,and to organize esearch and analysis has found that house buyers for the price dimension is still an important factor in the decision to purchase or not,but a breakdown of statistics by a single construction company homebuyers credit is the first factor.
