The end of 2008 ,registered vendors totaled 309 154 booths in Taiwan. But the survey found that first-time entrepreneurs who closed down within a year is nearly 30% and within three years closed down more 70 percent. So how to make business owners in the early days to master the key success factors can reduce the risk of failure and is the purpose of this study too. This study will use questionnaires to collect the reasons for consumers why to eat street food , then the social network method to analyze the most important reason. In addition, interviews with street food owners, to understand the relationship between the two sides. The results show, "conveniently located", "special taste", "affordable", "fresh ingredients" are all valued by consumers and owners. Key words: Social Network Method, Key Success Factors
