Starting from energy-saving and carbon reduction, with in information equipment and information technologies, many peoples will use applications for home and family to catch the wave of the Smart Home. Therefore, this thesis will play as electricity providers, which the devices they are actively developing which digital meter and its management system as the goal, and then to develop an energy management systems by using service-oriented architecture (SOA). In addition to a power management system, this work changes to a new way from traditional way in Taiwan - by using energy-saving power, but in need of services cases, the treatment appropriate to use the service and does not waste energy, and change the device to intelligent devices at the same time, some with very old equipment can control the control mechanism, to be replaced by computer. The system uses a service-oriented architecture (SOA) approach to construct services and utilize commonly virtualization technologies on cloud infrastructure (IaaS). This work also applies distributed storage technologies to stored and distributed databases, to make sure the system can hold a lot of demand for services. Finally, the system does not only show the services provided and the hardware control, but also conduct the performance testing for the distributed database. In addition, the users can access the web services by web-based on a mobile device, users can provide their immediate requests on the environment, and put forward the views of users, to provide system information for helping systems determination and control.
