In the past, the development of the industrial cityalso with the economy structural has been to high-tech and services . The surrounding area of Nankang Interchange of Taoyuan County belongs to this city. In the mid-1990s, however, the heart of Taoyuan that had already been crowded, and the city expansion doesn’t according to urban planning.So that the urban leapfrogging development during the post-industrial city in the three areas around the Nankan Interchange, which become to the development of the Multicentric Cities.The Industrial structure has been changed, therefore, it has idle industrial land changed into the commercial zone, the residential area and another zones that in violation of urban planning law which land use categories.At the same time, the development of three zones doesn’t rely on downtown, but through highway to connect Taipei city that the local shopping malls and hypermarkets to satisfy their jobs and lifestyles. Therefore, the industrial land which to coordinate the country's economic development during the industrial period, that turning into the key of the rural development, and development of urban transformation of the near zones alike this, where most of the areas around the Interchanges. To frond the three zones which urban leapfrogging turn to urbanization, therefore, in this study area, and it’s becoming to luxurious mansion. The results are as follows: 1. The Taoyuan city has already been crowded after the mid-1990s, while capital investment into the suburbs and began to urban leapfrogging development around the Nankan Interchange areas that change into the formation Multi-Centric City. 2. The urban planning, that the industrial land towards commercial use, and to accelerated urbanization of the suburban and industrial areas. 3. The leisure villas of the suburbs are established in the post-industrial urban development. It has large number of the public facilities for the luxurious mansions user as the resorts. 4. The development of the Taoyuan country arts park has been to speculative development in recent years.
