Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 社會工作學系 === 99 === Due to the self barriers and the structural reasons from the society, that the disabled people entered the labor market was most unlikely. Therefore, they needed more support and assistance than normal ones during the process to obtain employment. The service of Supported Employment emphasized a mode of cooperation among specialized fields. To provide the stable employment resource for clients, employment specialists for disabled people needed to communicate with the task environment frequently. Hence, the purpose of this study was to explore how employment specialists for disabled people worked with disabled clients and the task environment members from Institutions of Labor, schools, and enterprises. It also showed some reference resources for the practitioners. This study was investigated by questionnaire; 263 were formally sent out by mail; 159 were retrieved, the rate is 60.5%; 147 out of 159 were valid and the rate is 55.9%. According to the results of this research, some suggestions were discussed as follows: 1. Suggestions to institutions of employment specialists 1) In accordance with seniority of employment specialists for disabled people , Set up the completely training system 2) Set up the guidance mechanism 3) Encourage communication of organizations 2. Suggestions to employment specialists 1) Utilize every diversified way to communicate. 2) Cultivate the professional characteristics. 3) Take participation in communication proactively. 3. Suggestions to government organizations 1) Focus on the stability and continuity to the service of Supported Employment. 2) Built an inventory of man power to employment specialists for disabled people. 3) Emphasize the issue of communication. 4) Survey the service of supported employment Key words: supported employment, employment specialists for disabled people, task environment members
