The results were as followed:: 1.The main personal characteristics as“educational level”,“salary level ”,“job type”have a great impact on the job satifactory. 2.The main personal characteristics as“educational level”,“salary level ”,“job type”,“working time”have a great impact on the work stress. 3.The“work position”does not have the significant effect to moderate the relationship between job satifactory and work stress.
