This study was to investigate the current situation and correlation with self-efficacy and job involvement and career commitmentefficacy among Taichung City junior high school teachers. According to the data and result, the research offers suggestions for educational administrative authorities, schools and teachers for dealing with some related problems. Through literature review and construct the theoretical basis of this study and research framework. To achieve the purpose of this study, the use of questionnaires and targeted at public junior high schools teachers in Taichung City as the research object, including the director, head of the class teachers and subject teachers, and the remaining capacity (supply teachers, non-participating schools teaching staff) Not included the scope of the study. A stratified purposive sampling method was used to select 500 teachers and 451 were valid. The data descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation to statistical analysis. The results between the various dimensions that are correlation. All hypothesis are Supported, and reached significant levels. The found of this study: junior high school teachers of self-efficacy to job involvement as a positive effect, and self-efficacy on career commitment and job involvement are Into a positive effect.
