Also due to the fluorescent development of electronic industries, they attract a great amount of outstanding employees and experts. Therefore, it is important to examine the behavioral motivations and faiths of employees that would affect their job performances, in particular, for their self-efficacy and resilience. This paper investigates the effect of the employees’ self-efficacy and resilience on their job satisfaction in the electronic industry in Taiwan. By using the qualitative survey method, I find that the employees’ self-efficacy and resilience are both positive and significant associated with their job performances. The factors of self-efficacy are physiological states, verbal persuasion and enactive attainment, and those of resilience are optimistic, wholly-absorbed and challenge-seeking. Furthermore, the results also suggest that the employees’ self-efficacy could be increased through the factors of physiological states, verbal persuasion and enactive attainment. In addition, the employees could also improve their self-resilience through positive optimistic, wholly-absorbed and challenges-seeking, and then increase their job satisfaction. The results of this study provide some suggestions and can be used as a reference for future research.
