Viewing exiting document, we can find that the study of creative teaching concentrated on its content and elements.The purpose of this study is conferring the impact of the social network structure and the knowledge sharing of creative teaching on the teaching efficacy by the viewpoint of the social network. In additon, the study also confer the impact of the social network structure on the knowledge sharing of creative teaching and the teaching efficacy. This study used questionnire to collect information and the objectes in this study were the teachers in a large-scale school in Yunlin County. This study used Social Network Anaysis to compute the network degree and the network density and SPSS 12.0 software to perform statistics analysis.According to the result of this study, we find the moderating effect of the social network structure. The moderating effect would affect the knowledge sharing of creative teaching and the teaching efficacy. Therefore, we would find that the network degree and the network density of the social network structure is positively related to the willingness of knowledge sharing, while the network density is negatively related to the behavior of knowledge sharing.
