碩士 === 大華技術學院 === 機電研究所 === 99 === The automobile exposes to solar radiation under the sun, the temperature of automobile cabin will reach quickly above 50℃ as a result of the greenhouse effect and the thermal radiation. The high temperature within the automobile cabin produces equipments and decorations to release the formaldehyde, this kind of virulent gas harms seriously the human body's health. This invention is to design a device to restrict high temperature for automobile cabin, this device has three-in-one function, that includes natural convection, forced convection, and heat of vaporization. Three functions were made to improve the thermal comfort of automobile cabin, the experimental results show that this device reduce the cabin temperature 22.1℃ by forced convection, 11.7℃ by natural convection, and 6.9℃ by vaporizative heat, respectively. we can firmly conclude that the thermal comfort is improved effectively by this new device.
