碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 99 === The quantification research method and the questionnaire are interview 61 key caregivers who receive the home-based services of early intervention. The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship of empowerment between the families and the home-based services. The data is analyzed by the descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA, post hoc tests, and multiple regressions. And the major findings of this research are as the following: 1.The empowerment of the key caregivers is affected by their age, education, the type of family, the emotional, instrumental, and informative support from the formal resources, the informative support from the informal resources, and the frequency of receiving the home-based services and its interactive relationship. 2.The empowerment of the key caregivers can be predicted by their age, education, the informative support from the informal resources, the time of receiving the home-based services, and the interaction with the professional team. 3.The proportion of the aboriginal family is relatively high. But they face many limitations when using the welfare services because of their different language, habitation, lifestyle, and so on. It involves many cultural issues. Accordingly, there is a gap between their needs and services. 4.Recommendation are developed: (1)Advises for the professional team proving the home-based services of the early intervention (2)Advises for the social work practice of the early intervention (3)Advices for the early intervention programs (4)Advices for the key caregivers receiving the home-based services
