From school sports, community sports, the 2009 World Games and the facilities to explore the relationship between the developments of sports Petanque. In this study, depth interviews with fifteen domestic Petanqe sports promoter. The results showed that Petanqe sport in the World Games in 2009 after a marked decline. Sports flourished three-factor are organization, instructors and facilities, in the three-factor model of development to research Petanque. The point is if the Petanque fans are promoting, the facility and the organization will gradually. As to obtain funding for social sports, the facilities for, the formation of human interaction is easier to organize the operation. But the school sports section faces more hinter. Cause in high school physical education in schools is not Petanque course, Petanque is not the Asian Games and Olympic sports classes are not included in the Petanque expertise in the selection of students. Only in the form of associations schools at all levels in tertiary and post-secondary school physical education curriculum has been arranged in a small number of bowling course. Therefore, propose those in power to get through school sports to educational advancement, to improve the overall quality of the, provide effective and reasonable option set, Cooperation with the regional communication and coordination committee, and Petanque with the promotion of sports organizations to implement. The Petanque Sports in the future it may become a popular recreational sport of the public
