碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 餐旅管理教學碩士學位班 === 99 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among peer relationship, motivation system, involvement extent and the learning effectiveness of students’ skill tests. This study administered 300 questionnaires via second and third grader of vocational high school and employed statistic mechanism to generate results. This study attempted to provide useful information for improving students’ learning effectiveness. The finding revealed as follow: First, there are positive corelationship and influence among peer realtionshp upon learning effectiveness and learning attitutes. Second, positive corelationship and influence were reported among motivation system upon learning effectiveness and learning attitutes. Third, learning attitutes generated positive corelationship and influence upon involvement extent of skill tests. The results of this study highlighted the importance of postive influence of motivation from high school toward students’ learning results Keywords: peer relationship, motivation system, involvement extent, learning attitude, learning effectiveness
