This study administered 300 questionnaires via second and third grader of vocational high school and employed statistic mechanism to generate results. This study attempted to provide useful information for improving students’ learning effectiveness. The finding revealed as follow: First, there are positive corelationship and influence among peer realtionshp upon learning effectiveness and learning attitutes. Second, positive corelationship and influence were reported among motivation system upon learning effectiveness and learning attitutes. Third, learning attitutes generated positive corelationship and influence upon involvement extent of skill tests.
