The study group focuses on the second- and the third-year Vocational High School students, and the study is conducted through questionnaires, and the data analysis is done through the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, credibility analysis, relativity analysis and single factor variance analysis. Additionally, 355 questionnaires were distributed and 339 effective questionnaires were collected. The significant conclusions made from the statistic analysis include: first, students generally think the internship has positive development for them. Second, most students are inclined to conduct their internship on a six-month basis. Third, students think the internship can arouse their interest in the industry of food and beverage, furthermore igniting their desire to study the professional knowledge in the field.
