碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 99 === The research primarily studies the internship of students from the Hospitality Department in Vocational High School, analyzes their reflections of the internship, and discusses their different reflections based on each individual. The study group focuses on the second- and the third-year Vocational High School students, and the study is conducted through questionnaires, and the data analysis is done through the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, credibility analysis, relativity analysis and single factor variance analysis. Additionally, 355 questionnaires were distributed and 339 effective questionnaires were collected. The significant conclusions made from the statistic analysis include: first, students generally think the internship has positive development for them. Second, most students are inclined to conduct their internship on a six-month basis. Third, students think the internship can arouse their interest in the industry of food and beverage, furthermore igniting their desire to study the professional knowledge in the field. In a way, they tend to enjoy the working environment in the hospitality field, more likely to engage in this industry in the future.
