The research method is questionnaire survey. For a better result, we did the questionnaire survey in person. With the help of Research on Influence of among in Tainan, we got 330 questionnaires answered, 17 invalid questionnaires, and the return rate is 94.5%. SPSS was adopted in the research. According to the sample data, analyzing methods are as follows: Factor analysis, Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Least significant difference, Regression analysis, cluster analysis. The main findings are as the follow: The research of Service quality, Relationship Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfation affecting Customer Lifetime Value. Relationship marketing most influential Large. The relationship marketing for the service sector was the most important aspect of a good relationship with customers will help industrial development, performance upgrade and expand relationships. The customer satisfaction is the result of this study is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and which can not only enhance the value of the body but also retain customer loyalty. The second is customer satisfaction.
