For today's healthcare industry, the information system in addition to providing efficient and high quality medical services, but also provide more safety protection. Therefore, how to ensure the security of medical information to protect personal privacy, so that patients can trust and proper medical care, and thus strengthen the hospital's goal to achieve sustainable health care industry has become an important issue can not be ignored. A questionnaire survey, conducted through convenience sampling and survey questionnaire data collection, more than the regional level in Tainan hospital staff for the sample of non-public objects to explore the hospital staff personality traits, work values and ethics of information on the impact of information security behavior Research, in other words, regional hospitals are based on staff as the main body of the information security conduct. This study used SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis tool, the sample data used for research methods such as: Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t test and single factor analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), two factor analysis of variance (Two-Way ANOVA), CorrelationAnalysis of Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, Regression Hieraechical Regression Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Path Analysis and other methods. The main results are as follows: 1. In this study, hospital employees with different personal characteristics were the personality traits, work values, information ethics and information security behavior variables of the study, some significant differences. 2. The hospital staff in the personality traits, work values, information ethics and information security act, the study analyzed the correlation between variables, some significant correlation. 3. From the hierarchical regression results found that information ethics on information security behavior of the maximum. 4. Different clusters of hospital staff on the personality traits, work values, information ethics, information security has a significant cognitive behavioral difference. Based on the above conclusions of this study were employees of the regional hospitals, managers and future researchers to make recommendations for reference.
