The competitiveness of enterprises gradually transformed by the technology-oriented into design-oriented, dynamic patent map for the establishment of planning systems and interfaces to meet the business needs of the use of proprietary information to compete. This study based on patented decision support system in several years of research, proposed construction of the dynamic system of patent mapping information system planning and design. At present, the research has built a preliminary patent management system, using SPSS multi-dimensional scaling matrix table creation, allowing users to add and manage patents, and patent information users are interested in queries, and multi-dimensional scaling method to construct a patent map shows the distribution of similarity comparison patent map, and interface design-based direct manipulation graphical interface, built on the graphical user interface(GUI), not only allows users to control the operation easier, reduce errors, improve work better results. The research results will make use of the knowledge industry manufacturing, to enhance operational capabilities of small and medium enterprises, expert system software development, can help enterprises build a new strategic approach to product development strategies to enhance the overall competitiveness of industry. Can immediately create new products to meet the needs of enterprise customers, it means the sustainable management of master keys to victory, the national industrial upgrading, increased national strength. In this study, a dynamic map of the first patent in the academic reference and great indicator.
