碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 99 === The proposed system develops the high practicability Android cell-phone programs with Eclipse development platform. Furthermore, this dissertation explains in detail some Android cell-phone program developing technologies. The over-all functions of proposed system can be sorted to emergency-saving and specific-tracking types. The emergency-saving type includes the cell-phone turn-over mode, time-interval transmission mode, and specific-persion saving mode. The emergency-saving type allows users to show his present postion actively for friends in a convient way. The specific-tracking type allows user to track someone postion actively. The proposed sytem employs the special Short Message Service(SMS) technolyies to acquire someone position, and show his position in Google Map. The proposed system can show the positions of himself and the specified one concurrently in Google Map. Thus, the esitimated position error can be reduced. The functions of proposed system are superior to the others with similar functions, and the use is extremely broad.
