Actually, the number is still on the increase each year. Therefore, how to reduce the number of people getting lost and enhance the efficiency of seeking them is an important issue in the modern society. The people getting lost can be divided into four categories: 1. He knows that he has been lost and he has the ability to use the guidance system. 2. He knows that he has been lost, but he has no ability to use the guidance system. 3. He does not know that he has been lost, but he has the ability to use the guidance system. 4. He does not know that he has been lost, nor does he have the ability to use the guidance system. This study, accordingly, offers not only a preventive function, but also a way to minimize the time spent seeking the lost people after their disappearance. In addition, with a view to protecting the user’s privacy security while he is using this system, we propose the highly popular mobile phones as tools for people easily getting lost. The phones provide a helpful tool to all the lost people in the four categories. With the help of this system and the tool, the lost people can fine their way home themselves or they can get help by notifying their family or friends. In this study, we used cell phone, LBS (Location Based Service), SMS (Short Message Service) and Google Map to complete the results. 1. This system is easy to use by smart phone. The users don’t need to input any private information. This system transmits information by SMS not internet. Through this way, we can limit the object who can receive the message. Therefore, this way make this system has privacy protection. 2. This system can take down the information when the object gets lost. Furthermore, the system will provide any way to help the object and avoid other strangers to get any information about the object. 3. This system can inform the object’s family or friends immediately when the object gets lost. And through this system, they can actively understand the location where the object gets lost.
