Because human resources is very important key point that effect company central ability and competitive advantage, also human resources become that important asset and business successful in many industry. This study purpose was achieved results that TTQS intervention cosmetology leisure industry after knowledge transfer and enhancement ability, study case groups(n=3) from actual market, to understand after TTQS intervention, staff who in actual market study group transfer and education professional knowledge and technology is faster. Result of this research is that TTQS intervention cosmetology leisure industry to improve and enhance operational efficiency.
