Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 99 === In the changing business environment to maintain competitive advantage, the enterprises not only need to have a very open culture, but also the targeting in the implementation of education training to nurture talent while improving employee’s innovation capability and driving the organizational performance upgrade for the company. This followed by profits to be brought in to reach the sustainable development. The three factors which are related to the bicycle industry, the corporate culture, innovation capability and education training, have become more important. So this study presents the key to sustainable organizational performance in regard of the development of bicycle-related industries in order to understand the correlation between the three factors and the organizational performance. In this study, the survey objects are the staff and the directors from the bicycle-related industries. Among a total of 350 questionnaires, 200 are valid questionnaires; the returned rate was 57.1%. Statistical analysis software is adopted for descriptive statistical analysis, and the reliability, validity and reliability of the questionnaires; then regression analysis is used to explore the dimensions of the impact of factors and the hypothesis verification. The results showed positive outcomes in the hypotheses: Hypothesis 1.) Corporate culture has a significant positive correlation on the innovation capability; Hypothesis 2.) Corporate culture has a significant positive correlation on the organizational performance; Hypothesis 3.) Corporate culture has a significant positive correlation on the organizational performance hypothesis; Hypothesis 4.) Innovation capability has a significant positive correlation in education Training, the empirical results shows partly positive; Hypothesis 5.) Innovation capability has a significant positive correlation on the organizational performance; and Hypothesis 6.) Education training has a significant positive correlation on the organizational performance, and the empirical results showed fully positive. From the study results, they indicate that the corporate culture, innovation capability, and education training are significantly interrelated to the organizational performance; these are very important factors to maintain the competitive advantages for a business.
