Three hundred questionnaires were sent out and two hundred and ninety one were collected ultimately. The return rate of the questionnaires was ninety-seven percent. SPSS software was utilized for the data analysis. The statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis, Reliability analysis, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and Multi-regression. The findings of this study demonstrated: (1) the relationship between working morale and employee’s marriage status and working tile is statistically significant; (2) Equity cognition has positive effects on working morale; (3) Organizational culture has a significant intervention on equity cognition and working morale. The findings of this study could be the references for researchers who are interested in the same field or for Taiwan Sugar Corporation that intends to change its management system.
