For the expectation of our society, R.O.C military adjusts and night size its structure for related policies and regulations.
Ministry of National Defense takes the organizational downsizing as the priority strategic project; however, if this downsizing doesn’t have a circumspect planning, there may have some problems that affect the future overall development of R.O.C military.
Through empirical research, this thesis focused on the attitude and feelings of retained employees, on the downsizing justice (distributive justice and procedural justice) and its influence on their work attitude.
This research objects are the employees in R.O.C Military Academy. A survey questionnaire has been designed for the research, and totally 120 copies of questionnaires were distributed. 120 of the questionnaires were valid. The research results showed that the justice of streamlining (distributive justice and procedural justice) and employee participation both have positive influence on work attitude. Employee participation has influence on work attitude through justice perception.
